Introduction

Objective:
In order to assist the top Executive Management acquire and periodically upgrade/update or sharpen their Management Skills, Training Guide International in collaboration with some partner Universities organizes periodic International workshops and seminars for the executives in Public and Private sectors. We have the following objectives:
 Providing Participants with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the skills needed for effective Management in the ever-changing and complex organization milieu.
 Provide a foundation from where delegates can discover and develop their individual and organizational skills.

Format:
The organization runs it Executive Management Development Programmes in a variety of carefully packaged and structured format that will systematically and comprehensively meet the desired need of the participants.
There are group and one-on-one courses specifically designed and developed for General Management and Strategic Studies.
Through case studies and practical exercises, participants will gain the skill needed for effective Leadership. These programmes are available in UK, USA, Canada, Thailand, India, Spain and Switzerland.
Leadership Development
This menu provides leadership training focusing on intelligent leadership, vision, value and mission of leadership vis-avis organizational environment.

Management and Personnel Development:
Management and Human Resources Development is the pivot upon which organization revolves and a well grounded executive in this area is likely to achieve or attain desire result in time. Hence, the menu provides training/practical view of Management styles, Human Resources dynamism and development, Influencing, Motivating, Appraisal Monitoring, Mentoring and Conflict Management.

Financial and Statistic Development
Financial and Statistic Development Training is to provide financial and statistic executives with basic and advanced training needed to be able to cope effectively with the detail and demand of the complex financial functions of modern day organizations.

Engineering and Technical Development
This is a training programme targeted at Engineering and Technical Executives. It is designed and developed specifically for Technical oriented Executives to sharpen their Strategic Engineering and Technical capabilities with the view to assisting in their Technical Management demands/duties.

Health Care Development
This is a development Programme for Health Providing Executives. It is to develop such executive skills towards coping effectively with challenges of managing the various Health/Medicare facilities and programmes.

Tailor-made and One-to-One Programmes
The Tailor-made and One-to-One Specialise Executive Programmes is a provision or special arrangement by the TGI to meet specific training and development need of Executives that cannot be taken care of by the General Programme. This arrangement is based on the expressed or observed need of the participants and it is always customized.

In-Service Training and Development
In-service Training and Development programme of TGI is tailored to provide long-term on-the-job and or off-the-job training for Executives.

Train-the-Trainers Programmes
The TGI, on request by organisations, carries out Specialized, Sensitive & Technical services that require compulsory training of large number of on-the Field-executive, organises training of the first line personnel who will in turn go out to impact the training on the other field personnel. This arrangement is to save such organization from the problem of having to assemble large participants that may not ensure effective and efficient training.

Skill Knowledge Exchange Programme
TGI encourages and facilitates Skill Knowledge Exchange between and among organizations. This window provides organizations with opportunity to tap directly from the knowledge and skills of resources available in other organization without necessarily having to engage a permanent staff.
