Course Module One

University Placement On Work-Shadowing
- Delegate is placed in the University Registry/Administration Department on work-shadowing. He understudies his colleagues in the department and learns practical and advanced methods of human and material management in an academic environment using the latest technology and ideology.

- Delegate interacts with all the Unit Heads, take relevant notes and ask questions that are crucial and technical to his department.

Course Module Two

One-to-One Seminars
- Delegate attends series of practical-oriented Seminars relevant to his current schedule of duties. Among which are stated below:

1. General and Global review of trends and contemporary issues in tertiary institution.
2. Entrepreneurship and organizational leadership
3. Reputation management and marketing
4. Team and Collegiality: Forging harmonious working relationship among workers in a dichotomized environment
5. Time management and productivity
6. Impact of government policies on standard of education
7. Coping and managing emerging social vices in tertiary institution
8. Experiential learning: Empowerment of students and channeling the energies of students into purposeful endeavor
9. Evolving and sustaining effective students welfare system as center-piece of tertiary institution administration
10. The uses and abuses of administrative discretions – the legal implication in tertiary institution
11. Appreciating training as long term investment
12. Conducting effective appraisal as an instrument of staff motivation
13. Executive health and stress management
14. Public Relations, a vital instrument to the executive of tertiary institution
15. Meeting effectively legal issue, accreditation of courses and understanding the legal framework of tertiary institution administration to minimize litigation
16. Security consciousness and security matters in tertiary institution

Course Module Three

Report Writing
- Delegate makes formal report bided in six copies. The report contains useful information and recommendations on how to improve his department back home.
